Hi. I’m Clifford Paulick. I started TourKick LLC in 2010, to provide technology and marketing services.
Over the years, I’ve enjoyed exceeding expectations for dozens of clients, helping them refine and actually achieve their goals.
Even though I’m officially a solopreneur (i.e. one-person company), I outsource certain tasks and projects to other trusted service providers so I use “I” and “we” interchangeably throughout the site.
It’s important to me that everyone I work with–clients, freelancers, service providers–is on the same team. When things don’t jive like a team should, I handle the situation with tact and the understanding that we’re all valued and loved by God, but we aren’t forced to work on projects together.
I believe my formal education (BS and MBA), varied professional experience (higher education, taxes, REALTOR®, small business owner), and people skills help me convert client ideas/requests into achievable goals.
I try to only commit myself to beneficial endeavors, and I am tenacious enough to actually be a man of my word.
I’m passionate about providing excellent value.
Notice this doesn’t state “lowest price” or “fastest delivery”, although budget and time constraints are, of course, important.
I freelance for regular clients and one-time projects.

Although we’re not a full-service graphic design shop (although we work with them), we regularly help clients tweak or create logos, website header images, and other graphics.
Our main graphic design-related strength is printing. We love turning your professional graphics into tangible items that are visually and physically pleasing.
We’ve made quite a few business cards, car door magnets, vinyl banners, duplicate/triplicate forms, and a variety of other products.
Our value is hard to beat. We never print thin, cheap cards. Our colors are UV-coated to protect against the harsh sun. Most importantly, our attention to detail and high standards ensure the job gets done right. This includes using vector files to avoid pixelation, using spot colors to ensure color consistency, and providing proofs before printing to not make any non-client-approved mistakes.
Social Media and Email Management
Part of our typical website job includes setting up your business online, making sure it is properly represented at the major social media sites.
Even if you don’t plan to use Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Yelp, or other social networks, we’ll make sure to register you on these and other sites to avoid future issues with squatters.
If you do use social media, we can provide advice and even make your site’s content post to all your social networks automatically.
To present a unified brand to your customers, it’s important to have a branded email address (e.g. kevin@kevincorp instead of kevin@hotmail). We can set this up in a variety of ways–Google Apps, free GMail, Office365, Zoho Mail, Amazon WorkMail, etc.–tailoring the solution to your needs and setting it up on all your devices.
We can also help with email marketing, the most effective online marketing medium. We can setup and segment your current and past customers (in compliance with anti-SPAM laws) and your potential new customers (e.g. website lead capture forms) and determine the best way to deliver your messages (e.g. MailChimp, GetResponse, SendGrid, etc).
Real Estate Video
In addition to being a licensed Oklahoma real estate broker, I offer real estate video and photography services to other real estate brokers and FSBO sellers.
We’re the only company in the Tulsa Area that offers MLS-compliant walk-through video and commercial-style video.
Other MLS-compliant tour providers offer photo slideshows in video format or 360° panoramic-style images. Calling these things “video” is a disservice to the industry in my opinion. They’re not “bad”, they’re just not “video”.
With our walk-through style video, we aim for the visitor’s first in-person showing to feel like they’ve been there before (people regularly tell us this).
Our commercial-style video is like a TV commercial–showing off the property’s highlights in sexy, sleek shots. The goal is to entice buyers to visit so they can see and experience the entire property.
Since we’re good at a lot of things, we sometimes offer additional services, including consulting, in-person or virtual training, computer repair, and custom photography.
We’ve found most people that work with us want us to provide ancillary services even if not one of our specialties because they know they can trust us to do a good job.
Although I have provided a wide variety of services over the years, I try to stick to what I enjoy and what I think has the most impact.
I always do my best to help. If there’s something we are unable or unwilling to do for you, we’ll recommend others to consider and/or share questions you should ask when researching different service providers.
