They make the video process SO easy. It took the stress off my client and me (the listing agent) as well. The home I listed was for $319,000 and it went under contract within a month. It was vacant and I had over 15 people come through within the first week! I blame all of the traffic on the video tour they saw online because several of them mentioned it.
